All participants must check their electronic material in the Preview room a day prior to presentation. You will not be allowed to do so in the conference hall. If you’re a MAC user, copy your Power Point presentation onto a PC formatted zip disk. Run the presentation, particularly your movies (only AVI/MPEG format), more than once and make sure of the order of presentation.

Only the first author, as communicated to the organization secretary earlier, is allowed to present the paper. If a change is now necessary, the permission of the organization secretary must be obtained submitting the material in the preview room.
3
Make certain of the date, timeand hall prearranged for your presentation. The organization secretary has mailed this information to you. Double check it with the scientific program.
4
If you need special arrangements in the hall, seek out the projectionist and explain your plan.
5
During the session, occupy the seat reserved for the speakers in the first row on the same side as the chairman’s table. Switch off your cell phone; a large concentration of phones on Silent mode disturbs the VHF sound systems in the conference hall.
6
Kindly avoid verbal “next slide please” commands to projectionist, as this distracts the attention of the audience.
7
An electronic timing system will be operating on the main screen. A short buzz of the bell is the signal to emphasize the end of the presentation time. If a speaker continues beyond the time limit it is necessary only to complete the program of the conference smoothly. This is possible only with your cooperation.
